Alumni Talk – “The Startup Mindset: Inspiring the Next Generation of Innovators”

The Alumni Talk titled “The Startup Mindset: Inspiring the Next Generation of Innovators” was conducted on 11th December 2025 at SR University. The session was led by Ms. A. Indu Priya, Founder, Iva Skill Share Pvt. Ltd., Hanamkonda. The session focused on developing the mindset required to build and sustain startups, encouraging innovation-driven careers, and providing students with insights into real-world entrepreneurial experiences and challenges. Key areas discussed included risk-taking and decision-making, resilience, adaptability, critical thinking, innovation and problem-solving, networking and communication, leadership, continuous learning, and overcoming failures and setbacks. The interactive Q&A session provided students with an opportunity to discuss startup ideas, entrepreneurship challenges, and career opportunities in innovation. The session enhanced students’ awareness of entrepreneurial opportunities and motivated them to explore their own startup ideas.
